2 Times a Post for December
Hello all how are you ?
All I can say is what a year. So much has happened, new job, got married.
Kept all the weight off I have lost and a stone more.
I have decided to come back to blogging as I want to make myself accountable. I am hoping this will help me lose the last six or seven pounds.
I am looking forward to writing more now I have more time now I am not planning my wedding, which took most of my time. All the stress, worry and planning was worth it, it was a perfect day, one that I will remember for the rest of my life. Also one of the happiest days, apart from when I had my kids.
Well not going to do a long drawn out post thought I would keep it nice and sweet. Its so good to be back.

Guess who is back
Hello again just found a post I wrote yesterday and thought I lost it when my tablet crashed.
So here it is abit of what has been happening to me in 2011, since I posted last in April.
I am working as a gym instructor and hope to train as a personal trainer in 2012 so watch this space. Training is going well and I even have a coach. Also I have had some great session witha few of the personal trainings at Soho Gyms. I am currently learning to box which is great fun and awesome for upper body and which makes me sweat so much and my heart rate feel like its gone though the roft.
I am still loving weight training and body building and my biggest passion is lifting heavy, I get such a buzz out of weight training and learning new ways to develope the different body parts.
This year i married the love of my life tony was a lovely day and my dream dress fitted perfectly I rea;;y did feel like a princess. Our ceremony was beautiful and fell even more in love while I was saying my vows, yes I know sounds corny but its so true.
We had a lovely reception with our friends and family and could not have hoped for a better day
I am currently thinking of my news years resolutions and that will be my next blog post.
Have you all got yours.
One last thing to finish on my new personal best on leg press 180kg for 12 reps felt like dancing in the gym.

Legs day and enjoying the pain
Hello all,
Yesterday was shoulders.
Shoulder press 3 x 10, front raises 3 x 10, negative side raises 3 x 10, Cable side Raises and everyday abs workout. Which was really good I think it really helps me to work one body part a day as I focus on that part and really can push the weights. Each day I have doms but they are manageable, still hurt.
Also did 35 mins on cross trainer, which really did make me sweat, arms felt a bit wobbley during but managed to do the 35 mins.
Today is legs, Squats 3 x 8, seated leg curl3 x 8 , adductors 3x8, abductors 3x8, standing straight leg cables kickbacks 3 x 8 , calf raises 3 x 20. lunges 3 x 20.
It will be the first time doing this workout but I am sure it will bring the desired effects and I foresee pain in the not to distant future, but kind of looking forward to that part, cant help it but I really like the DOM's lol.
Do u love leg day or hate, any tips for the next day recovery.

Sun is shining & Kicking Arse In the GYM
What a lovely day out.
My cycle to work was such a pleasure found myself singing along to my music. The 11 miles in the morning really helps to wake me up.
Today is my eighth day at work, The shop in Battersea is quiet at the moment, but I know that is the calm before the storm of the busy weekend.
Training today is my back, which consists of lat pull down, T bar row, standing row, and deadlifts. I will be doing my new routine of 3 x 8 reps of each exercise.
Then to abs, which is the following Flutter kicks, 1x300, leg raises 3x12, reverse crunches 3x10 and finishing off with hanging leg raises from the Life fitness G7. I have to use a step for all the ab exercises and then use the step to reach up to hold on to the G7, the G7 is very high but love the final exercise as can really feel my abs and arms working.
I am now using Fitness First Clapham Junction, it is really busy after work, but I just go in and get done what I need to do. It did feel a bit like a club last night and the tunes really did help keep me focused and kick my own butt in the gym, dont you just love that feeling, I sure do.
The new gym has also help me get my mojo back and as it is so close to work I can train the 6 days I need to do my strength training. Each session per body part is between 30-45 minutes, but I try to lift heavier each week and get the best form possible.
What is your favorite body part to train, Where do you all train and why do you love training ?

I am now a qualified Gym Instructor and can work in a gym.
I have big news I am due to enroll on to Level 3.
Cant believe I will soon be training to be a personal trainer.
Loads have changed over the last few months. I am still at Powerhouse Fitness, but now I am at Battersea store.
Really like it at Battersea, customers are nice and friendly.
I am speaking to people every day and just having fun in my job. Plenty of opportunites to sell and selling stuff I love.
I have kept the weight off I have lost on wlr and intend to loss the last 1st 4lbs this year.
Even bigger news I am getting married in December. I will post about the wedding nearer the time.
Most of the wedding is sorted and meeting the guy who will be doing our offical wedding photos.
I think this year is going to be a great year.
Hopefully I can post more too.
